Known as the unbreakable pen, the 849 metal pen is the iconic pen of Switzerland. The slim metal body is strong enough to withstand the most rigorous everyday use, while being slim enough to fit unobtrusively into any diary or pocket, awaiting its next task. The incredibly long-lasting Goliath cartridges give the impression that this pen writes forever, far outlasting most user’s requirements to ever change a cartridge.
The precision manufacturing of the stainless steel cartridge tip ensures a smooth and consistent writing experience. No blotching, no scribbling to activate, no leaks, just smooth writing. A pen that just works when you need it, and reliably stands up to the rigours of being your everyday companion.

Care & Maintenance:
Tender loving care of your product will ensure that it remains in good shape for as long as possible. Even though the 849 is an extremely tough pen, it can of course be damaged by excessive mechanical force, or exposure to aggressive or corrosive chemicals.
Avoid exposure to heat, such as leaving the pen in the sun on the dashboard of a car. As with any ballpoint, this may melt the wax seal on the cartridge, causing the ink to dry up prematurely.
