Technical
  • 8.65mm diameter, 104.5mm long
  • no barrel, can be used up 100%
  • can be sharpened like a pencil or used flat

Techniques:
Neocolor I technique 1
Water resistant, ideal for decorating a wide range of materials, including wood, glass, terracotta, stone, etc.
Neocolor I technique 2
Apply the pastel to the edge of stencils. Spread the colour across to the underlying paper with an eraser to create a silhouette effect.
Neocolor I technique 3
Cover a layer of Neocolor I with a layer of acrylic. Leave it to dry, then scratch out a pattern to expose the underlying pastel.
