Strong pigment concentration ensures bright and opaque colours, resulting in very economical use. No barrel means that nothing goes to waste, but the Neocolor range is used up 100%.

Creative box includes 15 Necolour II water-soluble wax pastels, as well as a watercolour brush with a water reservoir, and 12 watercolour postcards.

Technical description:

Pastel : wax, water-soluble. Soft, velvety texture.  Highly concentrated pigment, superior covering power, luminous colours and excellent light resistance. Diameter of 8.65mm.

Travel watercolour brush with water reservoir: Medium tip, 12 mm – ideal for details, calligraphy and subtle mixtures.

Watercolour postcards: with a blank side and a pre-printed side, 10.5 x 14.8 cm, 250g/m2
